Heliostar graduates from TSX Venture Exchange to TSX
Heliostar Metals' shares began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange October 7, after the company's graduation from the TSX Venture Exchange.

Heliostar Metals Ltd.'s common shares commenced trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange at market open on October 7, 2026, following the company's graduation from the TSX Venture Exchange. The shares continue to trade under the symbol HSTR, with the same CUSIP and ISIN numbers as before. They were voluntarily delisted from the TSXV effective market close on October 6, 2026.

The release states that shareholders are not required to take any action, exchange share certificates, or do anything else in connection with the change, and that the CUSIP and ISIN numbers are unchanged. Chief executive Charles Funk said: "A big-board TSX listing rewards shareholders with greater trading liquidity, potential for additional index inclusions and broader capital markets exposure to support the growth of the Company."

Heliostar operates two producing mines in Mexico, La Colorada in Sonora and San Agustin in Durango, and lists three development projects: Ana Paula in Guerrero, Cerro del Gallo in Guanajuato, and Goldstrike in Utah. The company has stated a goal of reaching 500,000 ounces of annual gold production by the end of the decade.

The release states the company is targeting completion of the Ana Paula feasibility study in the first half of 2027, with commercial production contemplated for 2028. Those are the company's own stated targets; the release discloses no technical or financial detail behind either date.

The release does not disclose trading volumes, an index weighting, or any financial detail tied to the change — it is a notice of the venue change and the operational and development context the company gives alongside it, nothing more.

To verify independently

  • The company's stated goal of 500,000 ounces of annual gold production by the end of the decade, and its targeted timing for the Ana Paula feasibility study and 2028 production start, rest only on the company's own statements.
