Lighthouse Gold upsizes private placement to $6.45 million
An upsized financing: Lighthouse Gold's private placement now targets up to $6.45 million, the company said, citing investor demand.

Lighthouse Gold Inc. (CSE: LGHT) announced on October 23, 2026 that it has increased the size of a private placement first announced October 22, 2026. The company attributed the increase to strong investor demand.

The offering, originally up to 33,334,000 units at $0.18 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $6,000,120, has been increased to up to 35,835,600 units at the same $0.18 per unit, for gross proceeds of up to $6,450,408.

Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant, so two units together carry one whole warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional share at an exercise price of $0.28 for a period of two years from the closing date.

The offering remains subject to the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange, the release said, with closing expected on or about November 4, 2026. Securities issued under it will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period from closing. The release did not name an agent, underwriter or finder for the offering, or disclose whether any insiders are participating.

The company said it intends to use the proceeds for exploration and for general working capital purposes. Beyond that, the disclosure in this release is limited: it does not specify which exploration program or property the funds are earmarked for, or provide a budget breakdown between exploration and working capital.
