Eason Technology regains NYSE American listing compliance
A quiet corporate office tower at dusk, in the understated rhythm of exchange compliance season for listed companies.

Eason Technology Limited (NYSE American: DXF) said it has received a letter from NYSE Regulation, dated October 8, 2026, confirming it has regained compliance with the exchange's continued listing standards. The letter resolves a deficiency under Section 1003(a)(ii) of the NYSE American Company Guide, which the exchange had first identified in letters to the company dated October 14, 2025 and December 30, 2025.

The company said it demonstrated compliance with the applicable continued listing standards for two consecutive quarters, which it said satisfies the requirement under Section 1009(f) of the Company Guide for NYSE Regulation to confirm that a listed company has cured a deficiency. The release does not state which specific financial metric triggered the original deficiency notices, or describe the steps the company took over the past year to come back into compliance.

Eason Technology describes its business as spanning real estate management, investment operations and digital technology security, with primary operations based in Hong Kong and China.

The company said that under Section 1009(h) of the Company Guide, a further non-compliance finding within twelve months of the October 8 letter would lead NYSE Regulation to examine the relationship between the two incidents, and that depending on the circumstances the exchange may truncate its normal compliance procedures or begin delisting proceedings immediately rather than granting another cure period.

Chief executive Stanley He said the company has achieved rapid growth across all of its business lines and that its corporate governance structure and financial position are at their strongest level since listing, adding that management places a high priority on compliant operations.
