IT Tech Packaging, Inc. (NYSE American: ITP) said NYSE Regulation has accepted its request for an extension of time to regain compliance with the exchange's continued listing standards. The company said it submitted its extension request on October 1, 2026, and that NYSE Regulation accepted it on October 7, 2026, granting a plan period running to what the company called a "New Cure Deadline" of April 15, 2027.
The company describes itself in the release as a manufacturer and distributor of diversified paper products in North China, founded in 1996 and based in Baoding, producing corrugating medium paper, offset printing paper and tissue products using recycled paper as its primary raw material, with the exception of its tissue products.
IT Tech Packaging said it failed to timely file its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025, and its Form 10-Q reports for the quarters ended March 31, 2026, and June 30, 2026, putting it in violation of Sections 134 and 1101 of the NYSE American Company Guide, which require timely filing of periodic reports with the SEC.
The company said its common stock will continue to be listed and trade on NYSE American during the plan period, now carrying a ".LF" indicator marking it as a late filer, subject to its compliance with the plan and other applicable continued listing requirements.
IT Tech Packaging said that if it does not make progress consistent with the plan, or fails to complete the delayed filings by the April 15, 2027 deadline, NYSE Regulation staff will initiate delisting proceedings as appropriate; it said it may appeal such a determination under Section 1010 and Part 12 of the NYSE American Company Guide. The release does not state why the three filings were delayed.
