HawkEye 360 secures $36 million in new international contracts
HawkEye 360, a signals-intelligence company listed on the NYSE, reports new defense contracts spanning allied nations across four world regions.

HawkEye 360, Inc. (NYSE: HAWK) announced on October 15, 2026 that it secured $36 million in new international contracts during the third quarter ended September 30, 2026. The release describes HawkEye 360 as "the global leader in signals intelligence data and analytics" and says the new awards reflect demand for its capabilities across more than 10 allied and partner nations.

The release structures the new business as multi-year awards rather than one-time contracts, though it does not state the length of the multi-year terms or break the $36 million figure down by region, country or individual award. It groups the customers by region: the Indo-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas.

HawkEye 360 said these defense and intelligence customers are turning to its data and analytics "to strengthen situational awareness, identify emerging threats, and support timely operational decision-making" as they face what the company describes as increasingly complex security environments.

The company's business, per its own description in the release, is built on detecting, geolocating and characterizing radio-frequency emissions worldwide from space-based collection, which it combines with proprietary signal processing and AI-powered analytics to produce what it calls domain awareness and early-warning indicators for the U.S. government and allied partners.

Chief executive John Serafini said: "these awards reflect the growing recognition among allied nations that signals intelligence is essential to modern defense operations." He added that the company's focus remains on delivering capabilities that give "Warfighters and decision-makers" the information they need to understand the operational environment and act with confidence.

The release names no specific country, government agency or company as a customer, and identifies no individual contract. It gives no revenue or backlog figures beyond the $36 million in new awards, and does not state a timetable for when the contracted work will be delivered or recognized as revenue.

To verify independently

  • HawkEye 360's description of itself as 'the global leader in signals intelligence data and analytics' rests only on the company's own characterization.
  • The characterization of customers' security environments as 'increasingly complex' is the company's own description.
